You may recall that we told you a few hours ago (11:32 BST) that Brentford had reportedly agreed a 3m euros (£2.1m) deal to sign FC Twente defender Andreas Bjelland.
Well, Sportsday can confirm that that fee is accurate and Dane will have a medical with the Championship club later on Tuesday.

Amazing to see Brentford spending this kind of money. They have now signed a few players from abroad I've never really heard of, and after such a good season it seems strange to break up a successful team. Big gamble financially too.

Probably having a bit of a gamble to see if they can get promoted this season. They weren't far off last season.

Be interesting to see (a) how they get on without Warburton and (b) what their crowds are like when their new stadium is open.
