(Albion defending the away end in this first half and Brentford marginally the sharper side early on.) 8: Great ball out to the right by Judge out to Vibe. His low cross picks out Canos for a shot over the bar when well placed.
10. Hopeful ball into the home box missed by Tarkowski, hits Hemed in the face and ricochets goalwards - but Button gathers.
(Albion on the back foot but they seem to believe they can get Wilson in behind the advanced home defence when they win possession.) 12: A near post cross by van La Parra poked goalwards by Hemed but easily held by Button.
15: Greer booked for trip on Swift just outside the box but Judge curls the free-kick high into the jumping wall.

24: More intricate Brentford build up and Vibe sees his shot deflect to safety in a busy penalty area.
We also saw Wilson stretch his legs for the first time with a 30-yard run up the right but Tarkowski stuck with him and eventually won his side a free-kick. 32: Judge, right-footed from the left, whips in the cross of the game so far and Dunk, facing his own goal, does well to nod it over his own bar with a striker lurking behind him.
(Still Brentford generally making the running and Stockdale is angry as Yennaris beats Murphy far too easily but slices his cross into the stand. At the other end Albion have targete Yennaris, brought back into the side today at right-back, but not with much success to date.) 39: Hemed curler from 25 yards is easily held by Button.

41: Swift fires maybe a yard wide, again from about 25 yards. Looked like Stockdale had it covered at his near post.
45: Poor clearance by Calderon allows Canos to cross low. The ball deflects off the back of the unwitting Vibe and runs conveniently to Woods, who shoots over from a good position, central and 20 yards out.
45: Just before added time, Hemed fails to get proper contact on an attempted acrobatic volley and Button holds easily.
45+1: A cross flicks off Canos's head and falls for Vibe to let fly, but he tries to take a touch and Dunk gets the ball away.
HALF-TIME 46: The second half is under way with Albion bolstered in midfield by a half-time substitution - Crofts on for Wilson. Crofts slotted into a role between the back four and the Stephens/Kayal duo.
48: Great diagonal ball gets Murphy in behind Yennaris and the Scot's poke across goal from the byline is grabbed by the diving keeper.
(A better shape and more purpose about Albion in the early stages of the second half - and more possession for them too.) 53: Murphy curls right-footed past the far top corner after he was left all alone and well found by Kayal. Very good chance, certainly to test Button.
