Bradford have cancelled a friendly match vs Middlesboro when they learnt that they would not be sending their first team .. Boro also have a game at Forest that day .. Bradford said they could not justify the £6000 policing bill and unfair to charge the £10 fee to see boro ..
In fairness to boro ..they did agree to waive their 50% of gate money for the game ..

Not if it had been billed just as Albion v Arsenal, no. Fair enough if you already know its only a scratch team of ressies and youth teamers. But I'd expect to see a fair number of 1st team players for my money as well, and would feel pretty cheated if I'd never heard of any of them.
