I was all for Bob for the Job, however one problem of him being to close to the players means he might not have what it takes to cancel the players day off today and have them all in training as punishment for a crap performance.
His body language for the last 2 games suggests that even he doesn't think he's the man for the job. None of the Bob Booker of old, remained seated for most of both games. How did he manage to do that? At the very least he should have been up on his feet looking to chin the most inept referee we've seen in a long time (wouldn't have changed the result but would have given us something to cheer about).
It's a real shame if we lose Bob but things are clearly not working for him.
Time to bring in a motivational bastard of a manager from outside of the club.
