Listening to a Phone call on saturdays phone in a bloke made a lot of sense when he suggested that maybe it is time for Booker and White to leave and bring in Archie Knox as a replacement.The reason for the slump might be a indication that Booker and White have become 'one of the lads' and this can have a demotivating quality to the team itself.I doubt Bob and Dean have done this intetionally but ever since Bob took over as Caretaker the results and perfomances have been poor.The continuation of Bob and Dean taking the coaching suggests to me that Mr Mghee has very little to do with the overall confidense slump.I would love this to be proved wrong but I don't think it will.

Certainly a frustrating lack of animation on the bench from Booker on Saturday. He doesn't often get irate granted, but I would have been doing my nut if I'd been in his position watching that display which was awful all over the park.

I think that Booker and White must now be living on borrowed time. Afterall, I imagine it was one, or both of them that must have recommended Rehmann as MM hadn't seem him play. It only took McGhee 45 minutes to reaqlise he is rubbish.

It would be a shame for Booker to go as I think he is a legend, but we have to make sure we do the best for the club, so if that is without Bob, then sobeit.

Good point Nutter. Maybe the clear-out should start with the coaching staff? I've always said Bob is a great Number 2 but there comes a time when people must move on, perhaps this is it.

Wasn't Archie Knox considered the villain of the peace at Millwall.

Don't see any benefit in this - we need better players - end of story - regardless of who is taking training or the warm-up before the game.

Why is everybody trying to find a scapegoat. There are 11 guilty people ( 13 if you include the subs ) for Saturdays performance and it's about time they stopped pretending they are blameless.

I like to call it as I see it, and what I saw from the players on Saturday was a let down.
