Now I have your attention, quick question : If you or your wife or husband bought flat packed furniture, would you pay someone to build it for you ? ( market research for possible new sideline, thanx! )

No, as long as you open the cartons, identify the parts & work methodically it's easy. Ikea have made it an art form.

No, the idea of flatpack is that it's quick and easy to assemble. Any man asking another man to assemble flatpack furniture isn't a real man

Don't think you'll get a true reflection of people's abilities on a football forum, try Mumsnet (serious suggestion)

There are already people that do this. I believe you can also buy a franchise from somebody.

If you're too thick to put one of these together then you're probably too thick to have a job, so couldn't afford either the funiture or to pay someone to assemble it for you.

You'd be better off getting a van and offering to deliver it for people with small boots / no roof-racks

It doesn't matter, flat pack stuff is shit and will fall to pieces in a couple of years regardless who puts it together

There is already a company who specialise in this- Mike Ear (no joke!)

Not used them to comment on prices.

I'd hire in a palace fan. No matter what it's supposed to be, they would make a caravan out of it.
