Have you heard the interview on SCR with the Falmer resident? She must have said "we're delighted" about 50 times. She won't be delighted when the inquiry concludes that there aren't any better alternatives and we can shove the new stadium up her fat wannabe country bumpkin arse.

And breathe....

What a perfect ploiy before the Conference!

THAT's what worries me!

But I still think this decision is MILES in our favour!

I think she was probably reacting to SCR giving her the incorrect news that it was a no. Her reaction would probably be a bit different now.
I think this is good news. Prescott is just trying to prevent the final yes being challenged.
Still, if they're so against the stadium when it gets built I'll buy one of their houses on the cheap. Nice village pond, 2 minutes walk from the Albion. Life doesn't get much better.

I was a tad confused by her statement of "When I opened the letter containing the decision". What letter was that then?

regardless of what it was-she was a gloating frigging NIMBY of the highest order. "We are not against The Albion, we like them but we don't want them here".
Stupid old bag really wound me up I can tell you-never have I screamed so much abuse at my radio:D

Exactly. I'm in there. Anyone else for a cheap country cottage?

What sort of price can you buy there for now?
