If anyone remembers the discussion yesterday well it looks like the housing market will collapse in my opinion with rises in House price inflation of about 20% per annum.

The only way to sort out the house prices in Brighton is to blow up the point where the A23 and the rail line cross each other. That should slow communters down a bit.
