I can't work out how to edit/delete a post. Help me out please.

You can't delete a post... but you can edit the contents for a limited amount of time (a few minutes) by clicking the 'Edit Post' button to the bottom right (next to Reply and Reply with Quote)

You can report the post to the Mods by clicking the triangle with the exclamation mark under your name on the left if it is important that it is removed/modified after the time has expired when you can do it yourself.
