I'm not too sure how you would get anything with any speed. You can use your mobile to connect to a laptop to surf the net but you won't get much more than 15-20k. You could get a XDA which is a PDA and phone built in - again, this is only going to be about 20k.

Your best hope would be if the places you park up at have wireless access but I doubt that many places have that.

A quick search on the net shows that you can get satellite access in the States but that is probably extremely expensive

Long Sault, actually....
Picture the conversation:

Police Officer: Can you please explain why you were weaving all over the road back there sir.?
dougdeep: Well, I've just got this new in-cab satellite internet system installed.
PO: And what has that got to do with it.
dd: Well you see I was surfing NSC.
PO: NSC.?
dd: Yeah, North Stand Chat. You mean you've never heard of it.
PO: No.
dd: Well it's a superb website, where I can get up to the minute information on all manner of topics.
PO: for example.?
dd: John Prescott and his Falmer decision, DK's new shirt colours for the Albion, and of course FG.
PO: FG.?
dd: Yep FG. Football Genius allegedly.
PO: Anyway, that doesn't explain why you where weaving all over the road back there.
dd: Officer, get onto NSC, and tell me that you wouldn't weave all over the road after reading a post by Easy 10.

1) Get a notebook PC.

2) Plug in one of these (cost: £75 + monthly plan):

Sorry if I hijacked your thread, thanks yet again, I don't think I can afford it on my wages. If I were you I would advertise your stuff again and give it the odd bounce too.
