Spent the morning looking for a way to get to this fixture without spending a fortune. Trying to avoid going by car, flight are £350 each and I cannot find a way to make the train journey cheaper than £102 each (two of us going, each with a network railcard).

Any suggestions from NSC on how to bring that price down?? With the hotel at £70+ and Leicester away during the week, it's looking like an expensive week!!!

Have found out exactly the same- two of us going and its £102 each on the train. Add the tickets for the match and we are already on £250!

It's crazy! Could go on a cheap holiday for that!

Planning to stay two nights to make it worth the outlay but agree could probably have a dirty weekend in Paris for the same cost. However, we are talking about our love and devotion for The Albion.

Phone Seagulls Travel. They haven't announced their prices yet, but I would guess it'll be about £40. No need for a hotel either! Their service is brilliant!

It was £39 + £1 booking fee in April. Probably be going that way myself, unless someone has a space in their car from Eastbourne please

The cheapest option is either car share or going by coach. No hotel bills or spending shedloads on getting pissed to worry about.

What about a few of you clubbing together for a self drive mini bus and paying a driver. £10 each plus fuel etc gives a Non drinking driver a ticket plus about £80-90

Not a bad shout either BG, £35 is impressive! I thought it needed to be bought at least 21 days in advance to be cheaper?

Maybe a bit more messing around on train sites could bring it down. Ideally we want to stay up and enjoy a night out in Blackpool after the game.
