I am constantly impressed by Chris Kavanagh - I’ve never seen the bloke have a bad game.

Worst... well I really don’t like The Complete And Utter Shyster and didn’t like Mark Clattenburg very much. Both too showy and chunky with he players. Obviously going back further we had some real cretins, but they were lower league refs who rightly never got beyond their level.
