So did I and I used to park in Onslow Road. But it's a controlled parking area now, so you are harking back to a time that no longer exists.

Yep it was in the forecourt of Dugard Engineering, just by the crossroads on the Old Shoreham Rroad for me, if l could get in of course. It was generally closed on a Saturday, or weekday evening when there was a game.

Failing that there was always space adjacent to Hove Park, but again that may well be a controlled parking area by now for all that l know.
