Found a couple of unexpected good finds this shopping season.
Lidl provided the perfect secret Santa gift in the form of a Millenium Falcon model that you construct. Really well made and packaged, not too complicated and end result (if the photo is anything to go by) looks grand.
£10. They also do AT-AT walkers and Po's X-Wing fighter. I managed to snag the last MF which I was chuffed with.
Only downside? I know I'll get some jokey, thoughtless piece of generic shit back in the Secret Santa.
Oh and some plum and apple chutney from the Co-op, a shop I loathe but had to get last bits in this morning afore work.
Anyway, how about you lot? Any good, off piste finds this year?
