Following on from the destination thread, whats everyone's all time experience.
Mine was swimming with dolphins last year in the Florida Keys. Cannot describe the feeling, out of this world. Could esily have cried afterwards and certainly did when I was Tamsin Outwaite on BBC3 at a similar place just up the road for handicap children.

Can we leave giving birth/seeing your child for the first time as its something most if not all of us will experience.

Mine was dolphins too but wild ones. We had sailed from Aegina back towards Athens and I was standing on the deck looking out and all of a sudden a school of dolphins were leaping along with us. This was followed about 15 mins later by seeing a swordfish swimming alongside the ferry too.

Fora real heart-lifting experience this weekend, I suggest a drive around the Sussex countryside - or a visit to Sheffield Park this weekend. The trees are truly awesome 'cos of all the dry weather - red, yellow, gold, brown. Crank the stereo up and enjoy this wonderful county. Makes you glad to be alive.

Your best ever experience was snowboarding???

Christ man, you need to get out more!!

well when your an extreme sports junkie like myself then no I dont need to get out more! Surfers can agree with me the amazing adrenaline rush you get when you have 30secs on a crips clean wave, or a skater pulling a hard trick and landing it for the first time or a snowboarder jumping off a cliff and flying through the air as if time stood still.

Dont knock something you know nothing about.

My favourite non Albion/Shagging experience to date has to be something that happened just a matter of weeks ago.

Watching Sussex win the County Championship for the first time ever!

I swell with pride at what we achieved this summer, and I don't think any of us who where there will ever forget it!

September 2002 I won my first banger race at the Arlington stadium, Eastbourne.
I was 32, I've been going there as a fan since I was 4.
All those years I spent dreaming of being on the track, wondering how I'd get on, whether I'd make an idiot of myself or whether with a bit of luck I'd hold my own.
So when I won in only my fifth race, what a f*cking moment! On the back of the Pace Car for the lap of honour, chequered flag in one hand, trophy in the other, the applause & the air horns, the flash bulbs, brilliant.
I've got 3 trophies on the mantlepiece now, but nothing compares to that first one.
I'm no Jake Robinson, but I can imagine how he felt scoring on his first team debut, for the club he's followed all his life. Go on Jake son, you'll score plenty more for the Albion, some will be absolute crackers, but you'll never forget that first one.

I'm with Italia. Watching Sussex win the championship took some beating. It's something I'll remember the rest of my life.

Crossing the finish line of the London Marathon last year.

The best feeling ever swept my body.
It was worth the pain and agony of running it.

I will also say that getting your child to ride a bike is a very special moment too. You talk them through it, you build their confidence, you hold on to them - tight at first then a bit looser, a bit looser still......
....then the moment you ever-so-gently let go, still running along side of course, & they're pedalling & pulling away. Then you slow your running down a bit so you're a foot behind them, then two feet, then five....and you stop. But they don't know you've stopped & they're still wibbly-wobbling up the road. That moment when you've stopped & before they realise just how far behind you're standing, THAT'S the best moment. You don't know whether to jump for joy, cry or bang on everyone's door shouting "look what she can do!"
