A close second to Palace would be Blackadder volume one.

I think you meant Only Fools & Horses series 6, rather than series 5, as that was the series that saw it go to 50 minutes and had Danger UXD, Yuppy Love, Chain Gang etc.

As amusing as Palace have been this season, I voted for Fawlty Towers series 2.
