I just heard this expert punnage from the BBC coverage of Turkey vs Wales in Baku and I just wanted to say well done. Well done indeed! :clap2:

Something along the lines of this is the national stadium of Azerbaijan, a former member of the Soviet Union so this was Baku in the USSR.

Nice.

It is, of course, more famous in England for being the the home of the linesman who awarded England the goal in the 1966 World Cup, I believe he has a stadium named after him

Yes. And for years we thought of him as Russian. It's a bit like a Welsh linesman having such legend and being called English (as I'm sure happens).
