Just had acl reconstruction on my knee about 5-6 weeks ago, just off crutches and went to my first game on the weekend. Walking round train stations and to the ground is bit of a no no at the moment. Otherwise I would take the train to Charlton.

ps. no offence taken

From a Health and Safety perspective, laying on coaches is most definitely to be discouraged. The chanes of falling off when going round corners is quite high, besides you'll probably get wet. Best stay inside the coach as there are seats specifically installed for the purpose of sitting on.

Hope this safe advise helps?
