I get why they don't offer refunds as then a lot of people would buy tickets straight away on the off chance they could go and then get a full refund when they can't go, it makes people commit so they don't give a load back on mass weeks before a game, which will be hard to shift. Annoying but I get why.
If they had an exchange function its your ticket until it sells....

Also if its a system then it would be quite easy to monitor and if people had a record of buying and returning then exclude them from buying.

Honestly I think the numbers would be small .....

‘Provided’…….imagine there are technical and/or admin ballache issues that usually make reassigning tickets a pain so it doesn’t get done (including digital - whether the home club are prepared to issue a new QR code and have the capability to cancel the original for example)
Customer service is a ballache for most companies but they still offer it, what i can't work out is whether its us or the team that we play is the issue.
