I'm guessing you're not a Season Ticket holder so... all the points you acquired last season have been divided by 2. Also you would have to contact customerservicebhafc.co.uk about the refund

My points are spot on according to the info from the club website apart from the fact that neither my Swindon or Hull points appear to have been added yet, anybody else the same?

You've been given a generic answer to overcharging on the Burnley ticket. They haven't taken into account the substantial number of Brighton fans living up north who go to lots of away games but only pay a visit to Theatre of Flair once a season. In this instance they will have to refund the difference onto the debit/credit card.

Insider told one poster who asked to check for loyalty points after the swindon game, if they are not there, they should contact the ticket office.

If your swindon points aren't showing up yet, call the ticket office. If your Hull points haven't been added yet, wait until after the game.
