Giroud played really well, good goals, fair player and i wish we had lost to his overhead kick rather than Walcott's effort. I think Ulloa can be our version of him and Barnes is still younger than him. Mertesacker was at fault for the first one too wasn't he? Barnes left him for dead to beat Szczesny.

Yeah I wouldn't mind a full French international

Giroud was absolute quality at Montpellier. Looks like hes beginning to settle in to English football now.

I was delighted to see Santos on their team sheet and he didn't disappoint. Is he the worst Brazillian footballer of all time (along with Roque Junior).
