I won £176.00 about 28 years ago for a 1p stake on 15 results .
It was the day that Gordon Smith scored a hattrick for the Albion away at Coventry in the last 10 minutes for a 3-3 draw, with that draw being one of the selections . Odds of 17600/1

Recently won £200 from £1, on 5 results.

Depends what you call big! I always have £20 on 4 teams away in an accumulater. Once won £3500, largely due to Coventry beating Reading at 7/2. Think it was one of only two times Reading got beat at home in the year they went up to the prmier. I remember it well, it was 4.45 and i was sitting in the clubhouse of west chiltington golf club with a stinking headache with a couple of mates, and bemoaning the fact that Oxford were going to cost me 3 and a half grand when all of a sudden amoungst the final scores filtering through...... BANG, Tommy Mooney scores for Oxford. Get in there you f**king beauty! :rave:

I don't do huge accumulators. Most I've ever won on football is about £450. Prefer to win regularly rather than netting a biggy once in a blue moon.

Who you got tomorrow?

I tend to wait till sat mornings to get some idea about team news from the sun newspaper (and yes i know they are not to be trusted!!!).
But taking a quick glance, there looks like there might be a few choices for away wins, especially in the bottom 2 divisions.
SPURS at Fulham but they have injurys, BURNLY possibly at Sheff Utd. MK DONS at Bournemouth but thier odds look skinny, COLCHESTER at Oldham, SHEFF WED at Yeovil, ROTHERHAM at Acrington Stanley ,OXFORD at Macclesfield, CHESTERFIELD at Wycombe, all look fair shouts

In fairness we're due a win at Craven Cottage! I would leave Spurs alone though, if I was you.

Point taken! ta

In fairness Spurs have far too many injurys for me to have confidence in them at the moment

I won £3,000 by accident. A long story, but I tried to put £1 on John Terry to score the first goal and Chelsea to be beat Man United 1-0 at 102-1. I wasn't really concentrating at the time and put £29 on instead. Some things are just meant to be...

I remember that match last November because I shamefully bought a copy of the News of The World outside Victoria at about 3.30am on the Sunday with his old man exposed as a c*nt that dealt coke. How he got away with it I will never know.
