I play for Hurstpierrpoint in the County League.

used to but got my foot and wrist bured up, although it was hardly a brilliant team. Thistle youth Athletic Our biggest win was 2-0 and our biggest loss was 21-0.

1st match of the season is against Crowborough Athletic on Sunday at Hanbury Stadium, Haywards Heath, k/o 2pm if anyone would like to view some quality football! Free to get in, hopefully the bar up and running, what more could you want

My last taste of regular first team football was as Left Back for the mighty "Denton Phoenix" in the Lewes Sunday League Division 4 two years ago. I play in the odd friendly for ESCC Education Dept, but I'm slowly turning into a Guy Butters/lard arse so need to start playing regularly again.

Yep that's us. I remember the name Mahatmacoat. Are you a very young team? We beat one team of youngsters once and one of them was heard to say as he walked off: "That was embarrassing, most of them are older than my grandad!"

I used to play for Hurst when I was about 16 - couldn't get in the first team though!!! - I played for Village of Ditchling for several years - but I haven't played eleven a side for about 8 years now. I just play five-a-side on a monday these days - at 36 I couldn't last a half in a proper match!!!
