The lettering on the shirt concerns me. I'm sure DK has made a big point in the past of the fact that our shirt is properly printed and doesn't have stick on letters etc.

Is the change based on cost (cheaper to make, more profit) or an effort to get the shirts out for the start of the season (unlike normal)?

Either way, while you could justify the reasoning, if the quality is poor then it will just be seen as a way of ripping off the fans.

The crap white bit at the front bottom part of the shirt, at a glance, makes it look like you're wearing a skirt, if you have it tucked out. Which I would imagine 99% of people would.
An enormous cock up by the club IMO.
