Anyone got a Samsung LCDTV?

Thinking of getting the Samsung LE32R83BX 32" for £399 in dixons and just wondered if anybody could give a little advice as to how the shape up, against the other big brands? Cheers!

Samsung are ok.

But, steer clear of these chain retailers.

Go to Sutherland Electronics or Hills of Hove for informed and impartial advice.

yeah i've got the slightly older model of that TV. its done me very well - had it going on 2 years. i'd say samsungs are as good as sony and far, far cheaper.

mate of mine has a Samsung LCD.
The picture is excellent, but the sound is complete khazi. A common trait, I've heard.

I hate Samsung TVs, personally. Cheap, plastic construction.

I got that Tv from Richer sounds and it's bloody good, i'd go there as it's the same price and you get a lot better service.
