Im flying over from Ireland for a course that day and managed to get a ticket for the match. Anyone here going and fancy a beer before or after?

Cool, errr where is that, lol. It's my first visit to old trafford and my wife preferred that I went to the footy rather than a lap dancing club or something.

O'Sheas is Irish pub in town, a good few miles from OT. Best lap dancing club is the Fantasy Bar on Deansgate (according to a friend of mine of course)

OK, sounds good, Im staying somewhere called debdale park which is east manchester and OT is about 5 miles from there. I assume a taxi will know o'sheas. Seems appropriate that I drink in an irish bar.

Perhaps you can let me know beforehand if it's a definate or not. I assume it's ok to wear the stripes to an england game?

you never know, deansgate might even be on the way back to the hotel :p

No preoblem, I am trying to wangle out of working til 7 that night, and if successful will deffo meet up. Not sure about club colours at an England game, but better to wear those than an England shirt in O'Sheas!

Might be an idea to go to the fantasy bar before rather than after the match

hmmm good point about the shirt, might ruin the chances of going lap dancing anyway.

OK it'll be good if you can make it.

Laters on that one
