A .cue file is a set of instructions that tell a CD recorder app what to burn. There should be a .bin or similar named file with it, thats what you'll try to play...

Oh, and then you'll want the VLC Media Player: http://www.videolan.org - which is the daddy when it comes to weird, or semi-corrupt, or otherwise odd videos/music
