Hi all am selling a investment property I own it's not a lot of money £50000.

Buyer moregage survey is tomorrow, asked agent to pop head in, and she said a pipe has leaked, and, a bit of plaster has come away from the ceiling.

Is this a deal/ moregage breaker.

Can't get anything done as not enough time?

Any help be great.

It should make diddly squat difference from what you have said. May want a specialist report done if it is bad.

If you don't mind me asking, what are you selling for £50k that only has a leaky pipe and a bit of plaster missing as apparent defects?

Shouldn't be a problem for the surveyor, he will mention it in his report and the new buyers will probably want you to sort it out. By the way it's a mortgage (mort = death gage = charge). I wouldn't worry about it too much unless the leak has made major damage.

What property is valued at 60k nowadays... is it a garage?
