I'm sorry, but what with the double negatives etc., I have no idea what that means.
Maybe a hyphen in the title will add clarity….

DEI is the latest manufactured Culture War bollox, and distract-divide-and-rule, being pursued by the Hard-Right like Trump and his mini-me grievance-monger Farage, to divert public anger and attention away from the fact that their economic policies will only benefit the corporate elites and the mega-rich.

If people are hating immigrants and DEi, they're less likely to see who's really responsible for their economic struggles and social problems.

As someone who works there, this really is no surprise. The CEO said recently that we can't run a company that isn't run to be diverse, equitable and inclusive and, as someone who has overseen the Amex share price rising from $90 per share to over $270 in 7 years, he holds a lot of influence.
