[Albion] Albion v LFC cup ticket not showing in Apple Wallet

Hi phone experts,

Within my iPhone's wallet for the club, I only see the coming ManC game ticket. I turned the phone on and off, and all the options in Pass Details are turned on, but nothing changes.

What gives? Any suggestions please?

Have you actually added the ticket to your wallet manually? Obviously it is separate from your ST, and you will have to add it yourself, from the email that has the ticket attached.

It won’t be there unless you add it - as it’s not a season ticket game.

I know this because I’ve only just added mine having gone through the same process.

You should have an email from the ticket office with the required link to add it.

It's in the confirmation email you get, immediately after buying them.

Thanks all, following the link on Monday's club email did it.

It's more complicated for me because my email address with the club, isn't the email account on my phone.

I hadn’t downloaded it …the email from the club on Monday jogged me into doing it
