Albion's loaned-out striker Adrian Colunga avoided a thrashing today at the hands of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
A calf injury ruled Colunga out of struggling Granada's 9-1 hammering by Real Madrid at the Bernabeu in La Liga.
Bale opened the floodgates and Ronaldo scored five, including a first half hat-trick in seven minutes.
Colunga, signed from Getafe last summer, joined Granada on loan in January with a view to the move becoming permanent after four goals in 21 outings for the Seagulls.
