Beram Kayal's switch to Albion from Celtic has been finalised

Albion have completed the capture of Beram Kayal from Celtic.
The club secured a visa for the 26-year-old Israeli midfielder from the Home Office in Sheffield today.
Kayal's availability for Saturday's game at Blackpool is subject to international clearance from the FA.
