Is it possible to download both last weeks and this weeks show to I tunes so that I can put it on ,my new I pod if so how do I do it.

ON your computer, go to iTunes and click on iTunes Store.

From there, in the search field type in 'Albion Roar' (you may need to click on 'Podcast' first. Hopefully, a list of podcasts called 'The Albion Roar' will come up (there should be in the region of one). Click on the Roar link, and there should be about half a dozen of the most recent shows. Click 'GET ALL' which is within the listing.

You can also subscribe, meaning when you go on to iTunes, it automatically searches to see if there are any updates for you.

Meanwhile plug your iPod into your computer and copy across all the downloaded podcasts onto that.
