Rumour has it McGhee wanted him to strengthen up to play against QPR. His training routine for the past couple of weeks has included:
Being thrown raw steak a couple of times a day and being forced to eat it off the floor whist being led around on a leash with studded collar by Charlie Oatway.
Getting a baseball bat with nails in it and charging through the centre of defence in the five a side's (the real reason Butters is injured).
Having ten kilo's of potatoes strapped to his back whilst jumping for corners.
Being forced to pull a double decker bus round the perimeter of withdean whilst the team re-enacted the victory parade aboard it.
I think he will be just about ready to go tomorrow.
