* The Argus website yesterday revealed Jones' return to the Seagulls as part of Oscar's backroom team after the 40-yard-old Welshman spent last season as Charlton's senior development coach.
* Jones tweeted last night: "Been overwhelmed with all messages. I've been blessed with best year of my life, sad to leave Charlton but excited for challenge at BHAFC.
* "Had a great first day. Took first session, good meeting, paintballing, traditional dinner and sang my song, medley of La Bamba, 500miles, Algoparatodo."
