Albion have given a trial to a former transfer target of Manchester United.
Alasanne Tambe played at right-back in a 3-2 friendly victory for the development squad at Charlton yesterday.
The 21-year-old Frenchman was a target for Manchester United and other top clubs as a teenager at PSG.
Tambe spent ten years at PSG without making a first team appearance before moving to Belgian club Kortrijk.
He represented France at under 16 through to under 20 level.
