BHA's servers are running Microsoft IIS. Is it any wonder they crash and cannot cope with load?

Have never had a single problem accessing or buying. Struggle to understand why some people have such a problem. It really isn't that difficult.

Once your on it, its easy to use but get this all the time:

Struggle to understand why some people have such a problem. It really isn't that difficult.

A Google search of why MS servers struggle to cope with a high volume of activity will end your struggle. The difficulty is not with the people.
