If it all pans out OK in court for us regarding the JR and the judge finds in favour for the ODPM or it is sent back to Prescott and he sticks by his decision, can the nimbys take it to another higher court the House of Lords maybe.
Its just that someone mentioned this in the pub last night and it only adding to my gloom after yesterday.

House of Lords, European Court Of Justice, that intergalactic tribunal off Star Trek, anything they think they can get away with basically.

Wouldn't it just be simpler if every anti-Falmer LDC councillor was voted out at the local elections? Then the remaining councillors could withdraw their request for a Judicial Review.

Sadly; yes! But if they lose it will cost even more to go to each higher court they get. I would like to think rationality will kick in; but then it hasn't yet!
