Advice please.........

I live in Chichester, well Bracklesham Bay and am finding it rather boring!!!! Way too many elderly people here and basically, not alot going on at all!!!! Bored out of my mind to be honest and it is doing my head in!!!!!

Would love to move back nearer Brighton, but have a daughter who has just started school, a daughter about to start her last year at College and possibly going to Uni (Hopefully, Brighton) and a husband who is happy here!!!!

What would be the best way to convince my family that Brighton is the place to be!!!! Would I be selfish to take my daughter away from her school so young and leave her new friends
Should I just carry on as we are (me being bored), but carrying on this pretence that I am happy here and everything is fan-bloody-tastic!!!!!

Any advice/words of wisdom please!!

Stay where you are in a better part of the country and find something to occupy you when you are bored.

Sit down with your husband and explain the way you're feeling. Really think through a good case for wanting to move beforehand. Talk to your daughters about it too. If as a family you believe it's the right decision, make the move. Otherwise find more in your area to interest you. Get involved with some activities with some of the other mums or take up your own hobby. A few likeminded friends will make you feel so much better about wherever you live. X
