Addicks trio eye loan moves

Graham Stuart career stats
Charlton trio Chris Powell, Graham Stuart and Simon Royce want to go out on loan to see some first-team action.
Former England left-back Powell, winger Stuart and goalkeeper Royce have not featured in the Addicks' opening four games in the Premiership this season.

Stuart, who was wanted by Ipswich as part of any deal to take Darren Bent to Portman Road, is desperate to play.

"If I don't get a look in soon, I think Alan Curbishley's got to let me out on loan," the 33-year-old insisted.

Powell, 34, agreed to stay on for one more season at The Valley in the summer, but he added: "This is the worst start to any season in my career. I want a chance to play."

Ahem.

I was going to post this earlier but i thought it wasn't worth it, as if Powell or Stuart would come here.

:lolol:

Powell is better than any left back we have here & Stuart is better than any midfielder we have here, if anyone thinks different then they truly are rose tinted spectacle wearers.
