Adam Virgos unconventional career rise
Virgo attended Ardingly College and was offered a scholarship by Wilkins and Hinshelwood when he was in the 6th form.
He played for Selsey and Brighton Youth Team as well.
When he was under 17 he was offered again the chance of a scholarship but kept a promise to his Mum to finish his education. ( his Mum had tragically died ).
He trained with the youth set up during holiday periods and at under 18's level he was offered and signed a 2 year contract.
