My brother and I are going up to Parkhead in the vain hope of seeing our record outgoing transfer playing for Celtic. We've booked the flights etc and are going for the Hearts game on the weekend of 1st/2nd April.

I reckon we could turn a few heads and fly the flag if we could turn up in an Albion shirt with Virgo 19 on the back - but we aint got one.

Is there anyone out there who would lend / hire out their old Virgo shirt/s ? I need a couple of size Large if possible.

Obviously we'll take good care of any loaned shirt and you'll have it back straight after the trip.

I'm in Hove. My brother's in London. We can hopefully arrange collection so you know who you're dealing with.

If you think you can help let me know

p.s. Did you know the Irish Independant newspaper today had a full page story all about the aftermath of Celtic's defeat to Clyde last week and the only player they had spoken to for the insight into the Bhoys locker room was to our very own Virgs. He's talking about his new boss and his mate "Roy" just like the big shot he now is! Its classic. Sorry but I can't find a link online.

Now if he could just get into the team by April......

Why not just get it put on the back of one of your own shirts and then peel it of afterwards?

One thing, DO NOT go up in one with the proper blue colours on it, I've found a surprisingly large number of the more cave dwelling* among Celtic fans can't tell the difference between stripes and solid blue.

*notes that I've just put a Celtic shirt (my own) in the wash, but that there are some utter twats among the support base...

Top tips Guys, Thanks. Last time I was in Glasgow I was wearing my BLUE Champions polo shirt and this neanderthal in green was on my case. I had to virtually read the badge to him. Imagine living in a city like that ?

And there are that many Argentina shirts about, I have no doubt this trip will be different.

You'll need a good stain remover to wash the blood out - wearing anything blue-ish in a sea of green at Parkhead is inviting a visit to the local infirmary ....

Thanks Shropshire, that ought to help me get a positive response.

Inceidentally, you wouldn't work for Lyreco in Telford would you?
