sorry for that chaps with non-cheese friendly noses - but it honestly is the best part about eating out in France - always order the cheese platter instead of desert..... you never know what beauties will turn up!!

an american guy once dared insult stilton in my presence. i would have stabbed him in the eye with his cheese knife but i was too busy tucking into his cabrales so i let it go......next time
