A question about the expansion

We've seen the diagrams of where the seats are going, we've discussed, at great length, the transport issues and the effect the expansion will have on the non-footballing element of Brighton - but has there been any mention of toilets and catering kiosks?

The biggest issue people seem to have is the queues for pies and beer. Whilst I'd imagine that the new upper deck of the East will have its own facilities, what about the the new seats in the corners? Are there also plans for more toilets and catering kiosks in the North and South stands?

I know the north stand has a third kiosk(middle) available when the corners go in. i would assume the south has a similar back up.
