Fortunately my males genes have me nicely prepared for a lazy sunday, basically lying on the sofa reading the paper, watching TV, eating & intermitantly scratching myself.

Alas Wifey doesn't seem able to manage such a day.
Resulting in her wandering around the house bugging the arse off me, & for that matter, the dogs, wittering on in true chick stylee.

So any help in getting her to settle down would be appricated.
And for the record she has hoovered, sorted the dish washer & done some washing, hence her turning on me.

My opinion, if you want it, is that that's the most complete waste of a day I can think of.

If the best you can think of doing is lying around doing f*** all you're a pretty sad git.

Get out of the house and DO something. Go for a long walk. If you have a bicycle, ride it. Go and explore somewhere you've never been before. If you don't have a car take the train or a bus.

We're only here once. Wasting days doing nothing is disgraceful.

So consider yourself suitably chastised ...

Like I say we have dogs, so therefore, today I have already walked across Highdown hill, for an hour or so.
I cycle about 20 miles a day, everyday, & look forward to a Sunday afternoon r&r.
I consider myself un-chastised.

Your first post said you were planning to do nothing all day. If you've walked for an hour and cycled 20 miles that's a bit of a different story.
