So, who is going to win it?

All kicks off tomorrow.

I think Ireland are worth slapping a bet on.

Got the best player in Europea in Geordan Murphy and Brian O'Driscoll is not far behind him.

A decent pack as well and they are playing both England and France in Dublin this year which could have a massive bearing on the title.

I watched England in the world cup final and still couldn't get in to the egg chasing sport of Rugby.. where's the 'don't care' vote?

Why are football fans generally so against Rugby?

I love it myself. And I've been to more club and international Rugby matches than I have football. It's a damned site cheaper and you're almost guaranteed a result.

Furthermore both club (London Wasps) and country (England) are top teams frequently challenging for honours.

I think this years six nations is as close as it's been for years with Ireland, Wales and France all posing a threat to England. Not sure about a grand slam but I think England could do it. Otherwise it's France (through grated teeth).

Best of luck to our boys though.

Lets get the beers in...

Well said mate, I agree with that.

Anyone except the Welsh. I couldn't stand it.

The rugby boys really kick the shit out of the footy boys in the Cardiff schools, don't they? And then the rugby boys nick all the best Taffy girls. I think it's what makes Bluebirds fans such mentalists, all that early brain damage and sexual frustration.

You don't want to see your countrymen in euphoric joy?

It was enjoyable enough when England won the World Cup, but the Welsh take rugby even more seriously. A win for the dragons would see pubs open indefinitely, people rejoicing on the streets, drink flowing freely and near enough public holiday.

Why would you deny yourself the enjoyment?

I wouldn't back against the French - they have the best club sides and best players. If there is any logic, they should win it.

But really no one cares about that, not even rugby fans. There is only one game that counts, Ireland v England in Dublin in three weeks. Game of the year - bragging rights for the next 12 months on offer :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink:

Congrats to T'Super League boys of Leeds for putting one over on the Aussies tonight - world club champions

Would be a let down not to at least get the Triple Crown again this year.

The endplate of the wings on the Jordan (*sniff*... team is dead to me now) the next morning were incredible for an Irishman.....

I don't know where you got this information from, but it's totally incorrect.
