when we didn't qualify for 1974 ,1978 + 1994 the excuse of non english players in Europe couldnt be used.

When it comes to national team the facts are we are a semi decent team ie regular 1/4 finalists but every now and then we are unluck / blessed with a shite coach and don't qualify.
