Are going to made available for the remaining home games.

Prices not yet announced but if there are two next to each other in a decent block I will get one.

why is it Albion fans (not all) have this kinda im a bigger fan than you because......

just coz you dont attend every game from start seaosn with a seaosn ticket dont mean you are less of a fan than someone that attends games say now and again there are many factors that input this, work, finances, family commitments etc etc

AND....just goes further to show....the club are struggling to sell seats and all this stuff about us selling out trouble getting tickets well it cant bethat hard can it if we are sellinmg seaosn tickets well into the seaosn! Also shows why we aint got those extra 2000 seats we clearly dont need them then (ok maybe the odd Leeds Utd) but we dont play every week, no wonder silent doesnt want them in place as it hardly hekps his pipe dream of falmer when the stadium we already have cant be filled!

This is a good idea. I bought a ' half ' season ticket for the second half of the 2000 - 2001 season after spending the first half buying odd tickets off the club, using an unused season ticket for occasional games, and missing the unimportant ones ( LDV, Carling Cup ).

The constant need to buy tickets 2 weeks in advance, & the uncertainty over where I was going to be sitting was becoming a nuisance.

I was rewarded by watching the first Albion Championship winning side for 35 years.

If this encourage more people to commit money to the club up front it will only help the cash-flow, & ease the pressure on the Alive & Kicking appeal.

Ignoring that last paragraph, which is a load of crap. I agree with you FG. Well said!

This is a good way for those who can't afford the full priced season ticket to get to see the "business end" of the season - makes it quite good value I think. There should be some good blocks available as they they are still selling individual match-by-match tickets in these areas - but it would make sense to get in quick obviously.

It's not actually much cheaper than buying the individual match tickets though is it? Would you go for a "buy sixteen, get 1 and a quarter free" offer in Sainsburys? You've only got to miss one match if you're ill/at work/car breaks down/trains are cancelled etc and you might as well have not bothered...

Yes it does!

I have a season ticket, I have been watching theAlbion since 1974 and I went to Swindon when the game was abandoned, so I am infinitly a better fan than you.

get over it.

It's not Albion fans, it's all fans. Just human nature mate, people like to feel they're better.

It depends if you think all the hassle of going through all the postal application bolix is "free". In money terms it is, but the time it takes out of your life might not drain your wallet (although it might with all the fecking envelopes, stamps and train trips to the club shop) but it drains you in lots of other ways.

If you are a very organised person it might suit you.

This is undoubtedly true... my point was merely that £1.17 off £22 doesn't strike me as the "significant reduction on the price of matchday tickets" that the club suggests.
