Though the BEEB have blown this out of proportion as most are going over there with instructions etc to build / fix schools and hospitals. I think this is a conerted effort to attempt to win over the Iraqi people by actually getting something done instead of just patrolling and doing nothing that seems to have been the order of the day since the war ended.
ive made it clear from day 1 I was pro war but this is a good sign in my opinon IF they are going to build schools etc, if they are going to just 'up the security' etc, then this will cause more resentment from perhaps not the majority who are still happy to be rid of saddam, but for th minority saddam loyalists who are causing the trouble and could easily whip up anti brit etc feeling.
