1) Cannot man manage and only likes yes men and will drop players for no other reason than he doesn't like them (i.e Leon, McCammon, Kerry, Kuipers, Jake).
2) Signed or kept 7 strikers and not one of them is any good.
3) Falls out with players if they "don't lick his arse".
4) Makes changes for changes sake and mostly gets them wrong.
5) Tactically naive and this is not the only club he has proved that.
6) Boring negative teams who are dire to watch, even with the so called attacking play of this season.
7) Blames ref's for all his mistakes (a sure sign of a desperate condemned man)
8) Has silly shinney shoes and a crap puffa jacket.
9) Needs dental surgery for his overbite (ok I'm running out of good ones now).
10) Picks Chris McPhee and actually believes that one day he may make a championship forward (about 7 division to ambitious) :flameboun

mmmmm, are they the same jake, kerry, and McCammon that all came back to the squad as better players. Also all three of thoose aint really up to championship standard.

2) Signed or kept 7 strikers and not one of them is any good.
Er, CKR, Leon, McCammon and Jakey to a certain extent

3) Falls out with players if they "don't lick his arse".

Not really true.

4) Makes changes for changes sake and mostly gets them wrong.

Ill give you that one but their not always wrong, least he has the bottle to gamble abit.

5) Tactically naive and this is not the only club he has proved that.

Yes thats why he got Millwall to the play-offs with a mediocre side and also kept us up last season with a fairly awful side.

6) Boring negative teams who are dire to watch, even with the so called attacking play of this season.

Were you at Plymouth/Leeds/Palace Away?

7) Blames ref's for all his mistakes (a sure sign of a desperate condemned man)

He has not done that more than 3 times.

8) Has silly shinney shoes and a crap puffa jacket.

right.......

9) Needs dental surgery for his overbite (ok I'm running out of good ones now).

right.....

10) Picks Chris McPhee and actually believes that one day he may make a championship forward (about 7 division to ambitious)

Everyone deserves a chance before they are released.

So off your 10 reasons you managed to find 1. Well done.

Now f*** OFF.

I have just one. He shouldn't. If you read the story in the paper tonight, it clearly shows his man-management skills are spot on. Insubordination of the highest order should never be tolerated in any profession.

Obviously you fall in under number 3, McGhee arse licker! Of course it's true, why does McPhee get a game, licks arse and, for instance, Kuipers doesn't, I could answer all your other very lucid points but I'll save the responses for someone with a brain.

Go on then, im sure my brain would be able to understand. How many times has McPhee played this season? Twice, he was fantastic at Cardiff and deserved another chance.

Kuipers has also played twice which is 2/3 of the games he has been fit for.
